The yellow banner is easy to miss when you're scrolled down. When the user upgrades a relay, open the payment setup modal immediately.

If they don't have payment set up and they upgrade, generate and show an invoice for immediately payment, with a follow up to turn on automated payments. They can skip the lighting payment.
If they do have payments set up they're good.
