Summary

Show overlapping ProfileCircles (up to 3 avatars + +N) in the sidebar voice room item and join dialog so users can see who’s in a call before joining, while keeping the full participant list with media badges when already connected. Fetches kind 39004 participant events via loadVoiceParticipants, parses participant tags with participantFromLiveKitIdentity, and extends ProfileCircles with optional limit and compact sizing.
