Daily/weekly. Add to notification settings, use npb/nps for this as well — we'll need to add email support to nps. It might make the most sense to create an entirely separate project for nps to push to so that it doesn't have to add a database. The separate project can focus on scheduling etc. A lot of this can be pulled from https://github.com/coracle-social/anchor.
