I've looked into this — Flotilla already has room search (in-memory, via issue #53). For space search, I'm thinking of adding a search modal accessible from the space list sidebar. The implementation would filter spaces by name/description using the existing repository store from Welshman, matching against relay metadata. I could also support NIP-50 relay-side search if the relay supports it (related to #110). I'll fork the repo and put up a draft PR — does this direction make sense, or would you prefer it on the recent activity page instead?
