As an admin of a relay I can delete rooms and they disappear from my view but not for other users.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a room with Account A
  2. Open the relay from Account B
  3. Delete the relay from Account A

Expected: Neither Account A or B can see the room anymore
Actual: Account B still sees the room in the sidebar, even after refresh. Trying to post to the room fails.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
